Thank you for this. So often we feel like when we are working hard on ourselves to heal from what hurt us we still cant have days where we feel out of sorts. With the days that just throw us off we still have to give thanks and honor how we feel in moment and reflect upon how far we came from being in dark place. Usually when this happens and we reflect and pray to most high we are granted blessings, syncrocicities to reaffirm us charge us abd remind us of our big picture focus which is enough to send our frequency back up and to move past the cycle of doubt and fear etc...
