🌠 My Story…

This is a true story — my story.

In late January 2018, I flew from the UK to New York, then straight on to a snow-covered Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII. It was big, fast, high-energy — everything media is known for. I was working on-site as part of a sponsorship and media team, navigating packed schedules, late nights, and celebrity meet-and-greets. At one point I even found myself with Kevin Hart and his entourage, mid-celebration, as the Philadelphia Eagles took their first-ever Super Bowl win — 41–33 over the Patriots.

Being British, I didn’t quite grasp the weight of the moment. But for my clients, it was everything — electric, emotional, unforgettable.

From the outside, it looked like a career-high.
But behind the scenes?

I was crumbling.

I was about to pick up another contract — this time with NBC’s The Golf Channel — and what should’ve been an exciting milestone became a spiritual breaking point.

I was working 18 to 20-hour days.
Locked in a battle with someone who turned out to be an absolute nightmare to work with — manipulative, cruel, and completely violating our agreement.
I wasn’t being paid what I was owed.
And worst of all, I had the gut feeling I always used to ignore — screaming: “You’re done. This is not your path anymore.”

Here’s the thing, I’d already qualified as a psychotherapist. I was a certified Angelic Reiki practitioner. But I had no idea how to make the leap — from the high-speed, high-profile, high-burnout world of media into the grounded, spiritual work I now live and breathe.

March 2018 was already heavy.
And then came the two Full Moons in one month.

• March 2 brought the Virgo Full Moon — the “Worm Moon”

• March 31 delivered a Libra Blue Moon — the “Sap Moon”

It’s a rare phenomenon — when two full moons land in the same calendar month, the second is called a blue moon. That’s where the saying “once in a blue moon” comes from.

But back to the story.

That Virgo Full Moon in early March hit me like a wave. I was done.
Exhausted, emotional, and completely unravelled.
Lonely in every sense — spiritually, physically, financially — and finally admitting to myself: This isn’t it. I can’t keep living like this.

I left Memphis not long after.
Packed up my suitcase, my heartbreak, my shame, my swollen eyes, and tired bones — and flew home to the UK. Not with a plan, but with a deep knowing:
EVERYTHING had to change.

What I didn’t realise until later was that at that exact time, Mars was conjunct the Galactic Center and my natal Jupiter, squaring my Sun in Virgo. A true soul-level crossroads.

I didn’t jump straight into being a full-time medium or astrologer. Instead, I started a new business as a ghostwriter and developed a Psycho-Spiritual content writing agency — one that allowed me to work with Apps and Digital Programs to create and deliver Mindfulness, Addiction, and Mental Health content that changed people’s lives for the better.

That business was successful.
And that success gave me the financial and energetic space to finally answer the call of my soul’s purpose.

It wasn’t glamorous.
It wasn’t instant.
But it was honest. And aligned. And mine.
